At Finca La Piedra, we take our coffee seriously. We use only the highest quality beans and leaves to create our signature coffee. Finca la Piedra is a 750 acre farm with roughly 225 acres of coffee trees, interspersed under canopy of tropics. We scale on the west side of the Chaparrastique volcano at an altitud of approximately 3000 feet, about halfway up the volcano. Our unique and temperate climate, along with the nutrient-laden, volcanic ash soil, gives our coffee beans the unbeatable and unique flavor that distinguishes us. Our farm in El Salvador is open to the public for visits and tastings.
A hybrid cross between Pacas, a natural Bourbon mutation discovered in El Salvador and Maragogipe coffee plants, thriving at elevations of 3000-6000 feet. The Pacamara variety produces larger beans inside a sweet, brighter-red cherry casing, or Casara.
